This is College Hall at Douglass. One of my favorite buildings on the campus. I wrote an article about it when I was on the staff at The Daily Targum. I had interviewed Dean Shailor and we wend up the rickety old steps to the top of top tower. It had looked like no one had been there in years. It was dusty and filled with cob webs. I wish Targum's online archives when back that far so I could post a link because it was one of my favorite articles.
