Dad's Album

Here's a the album I did for my dad using Shabby Princess's Blue Skies and Mudd Pies piece of cake pages. (I was going to try to upload to the RAKScraps gallery but this file and the one below are too big.)

I used my Xyron machine on the cover pages and stuck it to the cover of this little 8x8 SEI Album...

You can see how much Kylie has changed in the last 6 months! :) Pretty amazing. Dad loved the book too.

Both of your recent albums are gorgeous, Robin! You're inspiring me to just get it done - I have a few (more than 2!) of those albums by Carrie, and have never done a thing with them. How embarrassing.

And I can't believe how big Kylie looks already. She has so much hair!!

OK- I am dense. LOL My really slow connection was loading your rotating images and showing them one by one, and as many times as I looked up at the image while I was reading the text I could not figure out why the file would be too big to load at RAKS since it was just a simple page- I didn't realize that the pics were changing on me slowly. duh!

I bought that album to use to make my Dad a birthday/father's day gift and didn't have time to work on it with trying to get everything done for CT stuff before we leave for vacation. He knows about it now since my mom spilled the beans so he wouldn't think I had forgotten him, so I have to have it done when they come visit a week after we get back. I found the cutest little toploading albums a few weeks back- they are 3x3 and only $4 from StampinUp. I hope that isn't too tiny to see the details. I guess we will see. I can always print them out bigger for them if he wants later (I wouldn't object to keeping that cute little album myself ;) )
